Yes! TubeIntel can process any publicly available YouTube video that has captions or transcripts enabled. Most videos on YouTube have automatic captions, so you can extract insights from virtually any video you find.

If a video doesn't have captions or transcripts available, we'll show you a clear error message. In these cases, you won't be charged any tokens. We recommend trying another video or contacting the video creator to enable captions.

1. Video length
Videos use a small number of tokens based on their duration. Short clips cost 1 token, long videos use a few more.

• 0–15 minutes → 1 token
• 15–45 minutes → 2 tokens
• 45–120 minutes (0.75–2 hours) → 4 tokens
• 2–4 hours → 7 tokens
• 4–10 hours → 12 tokens
• 10+ hours → Not supported

2. Premium AI model (Claude Sonnet)
If you choose Claude Sonnet 4.5, we add +1 token to the cost for that video. Haiku and GPT-4.1 Mini do not add extra tokens.

Before you click generate, we show an estimated token cost based on the video length and AI model, so you can decide if it's worth it.

No. TubeIntel is designed for privacy. We don't store your video URLs, transcripts, or generated insights. Everything is processed in real-time and only exists in your browser session. Once you close the page, the data is gone.

Our AI models (Claude 3.5 Haiku, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and GPT-4.1) are highly accurate, but results depend on video content quality and transcript clarity. We recommend reviewing and refining the generated insights to match your specific needs. The AI provides a strong starting point, but you're always in control.

If something goes wrong during processing, you won't be charged tokens. We'll show you a clear error message explaining what happened. Common issues include invalid URLs, missing transcripts, or temporary API issues. Simply try again or contact support if the problem persists.

Before processing starts, we check your token balance. If you don't have enough tokens, you'll see a friendly message and won't be charged. You can purchase more tokens at any time and try again immediately.

Absolutely! You can process any video as many times as you want. Each processing uses tokens based on the video length, so you can experiment with different modes or regenerate insights whenever needed.

Yes! You can paste multiple YouTube URLs at once on the Bulk page. The system will:

1. Validate each URL
2. Estimate total token cost before you pay
3. Show which videos are valid or invalid
4. Deduct tokens only after you confirm
5. Process videos one-by-one in a background queue

You can monitor progress in real-time, download results, or view them anytime in your Dashboard under "History".

All payments are processed securely via Whop. When you buy a token pack on Whop, your TubeIntel account is automatically credited via webhooks.

If tokens do not appear instantly after purchase, you can use the "Sync from Whop" button in your Dashboard to manually pull your recent purchases.

Tokens never expire and can be used on both Creator and Education modes. You can purchase token packs in sizes of 10, 25, 60, 150, or 400 tokens.
